KingBenefits Insurance Solutions, Inc. in Carlsbad, CA is seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Account Manager to partner with clients, brokers and HR teams to design, price, and implement competitive employee benefit programs.

As a trusted advisor, you’ll turn medical, Rx and ancillary coverages into clear, actionable insights, lead open enrollment webinars, and help clients stay compliant while maximizing value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with a consulting/brokerage firm.
• Deep knowledge of benefits for groups with 25+ employees and current industry regulations.
• Strong understanding of Ease and Employee Navigator, including building portals and processing changes.

Responsibilities

• Trusted Advisor – Build strong, long-term client relationships through clear communication and strategies.
• Problem-Solver – Tackle challenges with creative, effective solutions.
• Client Advocate – Work with carriers, TPAs, and vendors to ensure top service.
• Strategic Planner – Define and achieve clients' long-term benefits goals while ensuring compliance.
• Presentation Pro – Lead client meetings and open enrollment webinars.
