Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health care administration, business, social work

• 5+ years cross-functional translation tooling experience
• Experience developing performance dashboards and metrics
• Excellent collaboration capabilities and high EQ
• Must reside in a CenterWell/Conviva market location

Responsibilities

• Own analytics related to program performance, KPIs, budgets, forecasts
• Build Power BI dashboards to measure program performance
• Own program reporting and communicate impact to leaders
• Partner with EMR product team and stakeholders to define metrics
• Design input for technical products supporting Tandem Care and PCO clinicians
• Establish relationships with stakeholders to drive adoption of new strategies
