Job summary

CenterWell Senior Primary Care is seeking a Program Delivery Lead for the Tandem Behavioral Health Care program. You will oversee analytics, dashboards, and cross-functional collaboration with clinical and product teams while reporting to BH strategy leadership.

The role is hybrid, based in The Villages, FL with some travel and remote work flexibility; a strong analytics and healthcare operations background is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
• 5+ years in healthcare strategy and operations.
• Experience translating across clinical and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Own analytics for program performance including KPIs and budgets.
• Build Power BI dashboards to support executive reporting.
• Define metrics with analytics and tech teams and ensure data quality.
• Support design input for technical products to Tandem Care and PCO.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive adoption of new strategies.
