Job summary

CenterWell Senior Primary Care in The Villages, FL is seeking a Program Delivery Lead to oversee analytics and operations for the Tandem Behavioral Health Care program, collaborating with the National BH Director and Medical Director. You will own performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting to market leaders and PCO executives.

This role partners with EMR and product teams to define metrics, integrate data, and drive adoption of new strategies across clinical and operational stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• 5+ years in healthcare strategy and operations, preferably in value-based care or behavioral health.
• 5+ years of cross-functional translation between clinical leadership and product teams.
• Experience building performance dashboards with metric definitions and data integration.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and project-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own analytics for program performance including access, quality, cost, budgets, and KPIs.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and executive reporting.
• Communicate program impact to market leaders and PCO executives.
• Collaborate with EMR/product teams to define metrics and strengthen reporting.
• Support Tandem Care and PCO clinicians with data-driven product input.
• Engage stakeholders to drive adoption of new strategies and tactics.
