Job summary

Turnkey Global, Inc. is seeking a proactive BDR/SDR to craft targeted outbound strategies and qualify high-value prospects in crypto/fintech verticals.

You’ll build and manage early pipelines, run first-touch discovery on self-generated opportunities, and hand off quality leads to account executives. You’ll work closely with founders and senior leaders, shaping messaging with product and marketing while participating in local and international events to drive pipeline.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years in BDR, SDR, or similar outbound roles.
• Strong written communication: crisp, thoughtful outreach that feels personalized and strategic.
• High curiosity for crypto, payments, fintech, or developer products.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts and tell a clear story.
• Competitive, motivated, resilient, and hungry to build something new.
• Comfortable working directly with founders, senior leaders, and enterprise stakeholders.
• Bias for action: you move fast, ask smart questions, and figure things out.

Responsibilities

• Build and refine targeted outbound strategies into high value verticals.
• Research prospects deeply and craft messages that speak to their roadmap and pain points.
• Participate in events locally and internationally as part of pipeline generation.
• Create and manage early stage pipelines in Attio and support weekly reviews with revenue team.
• Outbound-driven role: self-gen pipeline, qualify prospects against ICP, hand off to AEs.
• Collaborate with product, GTM, and marketing to shape messaging and campaigns.
• Provide feedback from customers to GTM leadership.
• Experiment, iterate, and build the outbound playbook for Turnkey.
• Go above and beyond to fuel our GTM engine.
