Job summary

Squads in the US is seeking a proactive BDR to drive Altitude's growth by identifying ideal accounts and building a high-velocity pipeline. You’ll partner with GTM engineering to create an AI-powered outbound machine across email, Telegram, X, LinkedIn, and more to generate qualified opportunities for the sales team.

You’ll focus on identifying high-fit accounts, surfacing ICPs, and leveraging signals to time outreach.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional outbound sales or BD experience.
• Crypto-native with belief in stablecoins' future.
• Strong written communication; writes hundreds of messages weekly.
• Comfortable with CRM tools, sequencing platforms (Apollo), and AI-powered workflows.
• US-based and willing to travel for conferences and events.

Responsibilities

• Outbound prospecting across multiple channels.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads and hand off to AEs with full context.
• Run initial conversations surfacing pain around treasury, payments, and yield.
• Build and refine AI-powered multi-touch sequences.
• Attend conferences and field events to generate pipeline.
