Job summary

Blockaid LTD is seeking an experienced BDR Manager to lead a全球 distributed BDR team across Americas, EMEA, and APAC. This hands-on leadership role, based mainly in Manhattan (4x/week), reports to the VP of Marketing and drives outbound motion end-to-end while collaborating with the AE team to feed qualified opportunities.

You will own targets, forecast meetings, and build a strong BDR pipeline, with a focus on selling to technical buyers in security, infrastructure, and engineering.

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years managing BDR/SDR teams selling B2B SaaS.
• Crypto/web3 knowledge to engage crypto-native technical buyers.
• Structured, data-driven approach with forecasting and targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a globally distributed BDR team with 1:1s and development plans.
• Own pipeline contribution: set targets, forecast, and ensure regional accountability.
• Maintain tight alignment between BDR and AE teams for hand-offs and qualification criteria.
• Hire and scale the function globally and build coverage in new regions.
• Refine outbound playbook: positioning, messaging, sequencing, and target-account strategy.
