Job summary

Verizon is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand Verizon Home Internet in the Austin, TX area. You will secure contracts with MDU/MTU communities, negotiate terms, and collaborate with engineering to enable network deployment and marketing rights for Verizon services.

You will build lasting relationships with owners, developers and builders, travel up to 75% of the time, and drive top-line growth through non-exclusive partnerships and strategic outreach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of work experience.
• 4+ years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work or military experience.
• Willingness to travel up to approximately 75% of the time.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Secure contracts within MDU/MTU communities to expand Verizon Home Internet reach.
• Develop relationships with owners, builders and developers for marketing rights.
• Present Verizon programs and capabilities with a consultative approach.
• Manage sales pipeline and coordinate with engineering for licenses.
• Attend local/regional industry events and build strategic partnerships.
