Silvus Technologies, a Motorola Solutions subsidiary, seeks a Business Development Engineer, USSOCOM, to bridge RF capabilities with SOCOM requirements and emerging trends. Reporting to the Director of Applications Engineering, you will help demonstrate interoperability and field-readiness of StreamCaster MANET radios across multi-domain environments with occasional travel.

Required: 2–5 years in relevant roles, SDR familiarity, TCP/IP, Linux, and a U.S.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related C5ISR field.
• 2–5 years in systems engineering, technical business development, or defense technology roles; OR 5+ years with HS diploma.
• Exposure to SDRs, IP-based routing, or tactical communication systems.

Mansioni

• Analyze USSOCOM capability gaps and map needs to tactical radio solutions.
• Support technical planning, network configuration, and field trials.
• Collaborate to verify architectures are technically sound and aligned with priorities.
• Travel up to 50% to customer sites and labs; contribute to end-to-end testing.
