Silvus Technologies, a Motorola Solutions subsidiary, seeks a Business Development Engineer to bridge RF capabilities with USSOCOM customer requirements and emerging trends. You will work with Engineering and Business Development teams to demonstrate interoperability and field-readiness of StreamCaster radios across multi-domain environments.

Travel up to 50% to customer sites and labs is required, with remote-work options depending on location. A U.S.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related C5ISR field with 2–5 years in systems engineering or defense tech.
• Security Clearance: Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or ability to obtain within 15 months.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen due to clients under U.S. government contracts.
• All employment contingent on successful background check and drug test.
• Exposure to SDRs, IP routing, or tactical communication systems.

Mansioni

• Analyze USSOCOM capability gaps and map needs to tactical radio solutions.
• Support planning, network configuration, and field trials of modernizations and evaluations.
• Collaborate to verify architectures are technically sound via benchmarking data.
• Align with Business Development to meet strategic priorities.
• Develop technical demos for low-signature, resilient, tactical edge needs.
• Contribute to RFI/RFP responses and end-to-end network architecture tests.
• Engage stakeholders across USSOCOM leads and SOF programs.
