Job summary

Victaulic seeks a Commercial/Mechanical Business Development Executive in Philadelphia with remote options to lead market strategy and accelerate specifications for mechanical piping solutions. You will target owners and engineers, develop annual plans, and expand Victaulic influence across accounts.

Leveraging Salesforce and close collaboration with the regional team, you will drive market intelligence, project scopes, and effective handoffs to the sales force while traveling as needed to

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales, business development and account management with targets.
• Experience engaging owners and engineers to advance specifications.
• Understanding ofHVAC piping system solutions and related applications.

Responsibilities

• Strategically evaluate territory with regional leaders to target accounts.
• Develop and execute annual business plans to raise specification standing.
• Drive penetration with owners, engineers, and GCs through master/project specifications.
• Use Salesforce to capture and share account/project details with the sales team.
• Facilitate project handoffs to ensure smooth commercial transitions.
