Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred in mechanical engineering or construction management
• Previous sales experience in commercial construction or engineering fields
• Proven track record in business development, sales, and account management

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an annual business plan to elevate Victaulic's specification standing
• Penetrate and expand Victaulic’s influence among owners, engineers, and GCs
• Leverage Salesforce to capture and share account and project details with the sales team
• Coordinate handoffs between project phases and sales teams
• Build expertise in product features, market application, and competitive positioning
• Engage with local trade organizations and industry associations to strengthen the network
