Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or construction management.
• Sales experience in commercial construction or engineering fields.
• Proven track record in business development and account management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an annual business plan to raise specification standing.
• Penetrate and expand Victaulic influence with owners, engineers, and GCs.
• Leverage Salesforce to capture and share account and project details.
• Coordinate project handoffs with the sales team during lifecycle stages.
