Job summary

Rapp & Krock, PC is seeking a full-time on-site Business Development Manager in Houston, TX to lead marketing and business development efforts for attorneys and practice groups.

You will manage campaigns, events, and sponsorships; support attorneys with plans and presentations; oversee the firm's digital presence and analytics; and work with leadership to create development plans and manage budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Prior experience in a law firm or professional services environment preferred.
• On-site role with attorneys and staff in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication and professional client materials.

Responsibilities

• Execute marketing campaigns and lead business development efforts for attorneys and practice groups.
• Coordinate events and sponsorships; support goals, plans, proposals, and presentations.
• Oversee firm’s digital presence: website and social media; track performance metrics.
• Identify target industries and create development plans; manage budgets and vendors.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across channels and practice groups.
