You will collaborate with attorneys and marketing colleagues to develop BD plans, draft materials, coordinate client events, and track industry trends, with in‑office presence required across multiple offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Marketing/Communications/Business preferred.
• Minimum five years in marketing, business development, or professional services marketing.
• Law firm experience preferred; experience supporting a real estate practice is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of commercial real estate terminology, industry participants, and market dynamics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Real Estate marketing team, practitioners, and colleagues to develop and execute strategic BD initiatives for the Real Estate department.
• Supports BD plans aligned with department growth objectives and cross‑selling across offices and practices.
• Monitors real estate industry trends, client sectors, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for attorney engagement and client development.
• Develops and maintains marketing resources, practice descriptions, and client-targeting materials.
