This is a full-time, on-site Marketing & Business Development Manager role based in Houston, TX. The Marketing & Business Development Manager will develop and execute marketing and business development initiatives to grow the firm´s client relationships and market presence. Responsibilities include managing marketing campaigns, coordinating events and sponsorships, and supporting attorneys with pitches, proposals, and presentations. The role will also oversee digital marketing efforts, including website and social media management, develop thought leadership content and client communications, and track marketing metrics and ROI. The Manager will collaborate with firm leadership to identify growth opportunities, create strategic business development plans, manage vendors and budgets, and maintain consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.

Qualifications

• Background in business development activities such as lead generation, client relationship management, and proposal coordination.
• Strong digital marketing skills, including website content management, email marketing tools, and social media platforms.
