Job summary

DLA Piper seeks a Marketing & Business Development professional to support targeted client growth for key practice areas. You will partner with attorneys and staff to develop campaigns, events, and materials, while maintaining CRM data and tracking ROI.

The role requires collaboration, outstanding attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid work arrangement available in multiple offices, including Houston.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 3 years’ direct experience in a marketing and business development role in a large law firm or professional services environment.
• Excellent communication, written and verbal, with ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Supports client targeting and cross-selling initiatives.
• Supports practice group events, industry sponsorships, and webinars.
• Collaborates with Pursuits & Directories on content for RFPs and pitches.
• Manages marketing collateral, pitch materials, and website/social content.
• Tracks experience and credentials across firm systems and slides.
• Gathers data to measure ROI and supports client outreach campaigns.
• Drafts submissions and industry awards, coordinates communications.
