Responsibilities

• Partner with attorneys to develop and execute individual business development plans.
• Meet regularly with attorneys to review goals, progress, and next steps.
• Help attorneys strengthen client, prospect, and referral relationships.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities across practice areas.
• Research prospects, markets, competitors, and new BD opportunities.
• Prepare attorneys for networking, conferences, and client meetings.
• Identify opportunities for events, sponsorships, and partnerships.
• Develop and maintain firm-wide BD plans and track results.
• Collaborate with marketing on events, digital initiatives, and collateral.
