Qualifications
- Knowledge of motion control, automated products, and related industries.
- Experience selling motion control or automation products to OEMs.
- Strong networking and relationship-building with major customers.
- Proven ability to penetrate, develop, and close large OEM opportunities.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or comparable field.
Responsibilities
- Achieve revenue growth and margin targets per business plan.
- Develop new business opportunities with large direct OEM customers.
- Leverage full product range including standard and customized products.
- Coordinate with internal teams to maintain a smooth sales cycle.
