Job summary

Rimkus Consulting Group seeks a Business Development Manager to grow the client base and promote expert services in the Atlanta area. You will prospect, sell to corporate and government clients, manage accounts, and expand Rimkus’s market presence, with up to 80% local travel.

Responsibilities include developing relationships, pursuing opportunities, coordinating with operations, and maintaining a CRM. A bachelor’s degree and 5+ years’ consultative sales experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business required.
• 5+ years of consultative sales, business development, or account management experience.
• Experience in building engineering, roofing, or construction industries preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes competitive sales and relationship strategies to maximize market potential and client satisfaction.
• Identifies and pursues prospective clients to develop new relationships and opportunities.
• Sells Rimkus Consulting Group’s services to corporate, municipal, and government clients to secure new accounts and repeat business.
• Maintains and expands client relationships through regular contact and value-added services.
• Manages weekly growth calls and follows up to close opportunities.
• Maintains CRM entries with contacts, activities, leads, and opportunities in real time.
