Caron Scientific, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager to identify and develop strategic growth opportunities across life sciences and target markets.

This role emphasizes a strategic, enterprise-wide approach rather than territory sales. You will build a qualified pipeline, pursue opportunities with meaningful revenue potential, and partner with the sales team to convert opportunities into wins across core and secondary markets.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of business development, strategic sales, or account development experience involving technical capital equipment or application-based equipment solutions.
• Experience in life sciences or relevant secondary markets such as food and beverage, nutraceuticals, cosmetics/personal care, or similar technical industries.
• Proven ability to develop business opportunities that translate into measurable revenue results.
• Strategic and commercially driven, with a strong motivation to win business—not simply generate leads or pipeline.
