Job summary

Resonant Inc. is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to drive the full sales lifecycle within an assigned territory. You will generate opportunities for customized kitting solutions, equipment and ancillary supply management, and biorepository services, while managing accounts and pursuing new target customers.

You will oversee pipeline creation, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with proposals teams to tailor scope of work. Travel to customer sites and trade shows is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent/applicable experience.
• 5+ years of business development or equivalent with multi-person decision making.
• Record of sales growth with consultative, strategic selling.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and manage pipeline to meet targets.
• Manage existing accounts and create new opportunities.
• Engage new target accounts and qualify opportunities.
• Support contract negotiations and liaise with legal.
• Coordinate with proposals to develop tailored scopes of work.
• Document opportunities in Salesforce and forecast wins.
• Travel to visit customers and represent the company at events.
