Job summary

Resonant Inc. in Georgia seeks a seasoned Business Development Manager to lead the end-to-end sales cycle for the Resonant Clinical Solutions portfolio. You will generate opportunities, manage accounts, and coordinate with proposals teams to define scope of work and close deals.

You will travel to client sites and industry events, build strategic relationships, and drive pipeline, forecasting, and revenue in a fast-paced, scientifically driven market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent/applicable experience.
• 5+ years in business development with multi-person decision processes.
• Track record of verifiable sales growth with a consultative approach.
• B2B sales experience in biopharma or CRO contexts preferred.
• Knowledge of selling processes and technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales leads using outbound calls, events, inbound leads, and networking.
• Track pipeline, close rates, and forecast regular progress.
• Manage assigned accounts with regular meetings to create opportunities.
• Engage new target accounts and manage qualification and proposals.
