Caris Life Sciences is seeking a Senior Strategic Solutions Manager to lead the business solutions and contracting strategy across assigned accounts. This role requires coordinating with our Operational Solutions Manager and multiple Caris departments to deliver high‑impact outcomes and compliant contracts.

You will build partnerships with hospital and laboratory administrators, present strategies, negotiate terms, and drive initiatives across cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience implementing business-solution initiatives.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience managing timelines, projects, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with hospital and laboratory administrators to achieve business outcomes.
• Develop and present contracting strategies aligned to ROI and customer needs.
• Lead meetings in-person or virtually.
• Negotiate complex contract terms and pricing for a diverse client base.
• Ensure compliance with governance and pricing regulations.
• Coordinate with legal on contracting redlines and terms.
