Job summary

KIHOMAC, Inc. in Reston, VA seeks a senior business development leader to expand the services portfolio within DoD programs. You will collaborate with the Corporate Growth and Capture teams to shape strategy, manage relationships with government customers, and lead win themes, color teams, and gate reviews.

This role requires 12+ years of experience, US citizenship, and the ability to obtain a security clearance; a DoD background and strong CRM oversight are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in management or related discipline.
• 12+ years of relevant experience in DoD services capture and BD.
• US citizen with ability to obtain security clearance.
• Experience building partner and government customer relationships.
• Experience in services capture and proposal development preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Corporate Growth and BD to design and execute capture campaigns.
• Identify opportunities and promote KIHOMAC portfolio value.
• Develop strategy using customer needs, products, and competitive landscape.
• Contact new customers to discuss needs and match to products/services.
• Support CRM development and pipeline management; assist with Win Themes and Gate Reviews.
• Plan and present at meetings, conferences, and events to raise visibility.
• Support proposal development.
