Job summary

You'll collaborate with Corporate Growth to design and execute capture campaigns, develop win themes, and build strong relationships with government customers.

The role requires DoD experience, leadership, and the ability to manage CRM/P&L pipelines. This position emphasizes strategic thinking, proposal support, and representation at industry

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in management or related discipline is required.
• Master’s degree is preferred.
• 12+ years of professional experience in the stated area.
• Experience with DoD acquisition, budgeting, and government programs.
• Experience building relationships with partners and government customers.
• Experience in services capture and proposal development is desired.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies and tactics using customer needs and competitive landscape to drive growth.
• Identify opportunities and promote the KIHOMAC portfolio to win new business.
• Collaborate with Corporate Growth and BD teams on campaigns and win themes.
• Support CRM, P&L pipeline, and data platforms administration.
• Plan, attend, and present at meetings, conferences, and trade shows.
• Assist in proposal development and coordinating color teams.
