KIHOMAC, Inc. is seeking a senior business development professional to drive opportunities within the Services segment and grow the BD portfolio.

You will collaborate with the Corporate Growth and Business Development team to design and execute capture campaigns, promote the value of KIHOMAC products, and develop winning strategies based on customer needs and competitive insights. You will build relationships with government partners, manage CRM/P&L pipelines, assist in proposal development, and

Qualifikationen

• 12+ years of professional experience in the required task area.
• Experience with the DoD acquisition process, Government/DoD budget, investments, and understanding of legislative activities.
• Experience developing and managing strong relationships with partners and government customers.
• Experience in Services specific business capture.
• Experience in proposal development desired.
• Experience helping develop strategic long-range business plans.

Aufgaben

• Find opportunities and revenue within the Services segments to build the BD portfolio.
• Collaborate with Corporate Growth and Business Development to execute BD and capture campaigns.
• Identify future business opportunities and promote the value of the KIHOMAC portfolio.
• Develop strategy using knowledge of customer needs, KIHOMAC offerings, and competitive landscape.
• Contact new customers to discuss needs and how products/services meet them.
• Support CRM and P&L pipeline, and administer related platforms.
• Support Capture Manager and Proposal Manager in Win Themes and Competitive Intel, build teams, run Gate Reviews, and increase win probability.
• Assist in proposal development.
• Plan, attend, and present at meetings, conferences, trade shows to raise company visibility.
• Other duties as assigned.
