Job summary

KIHOMAC, Inc. seeks a senior Business Development leader to grow opportunities within the Services segment and strengthen the BD portfolio in support of our growth goals.

You will collaborate with the Corporate Growth and Business Development teams to design and execute capture campaigns, build strategic partner relationships, manage win themes and competitive intel, and help drive proposal development and customer engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in management or other relevant discipline.
• 12+ years of professional BD experience, including government/DoD context.
• Experience with DoD acquisition processes, government budget, and legislative activities.
• Experience building and managing relationships with partners and government customers; services-focused capture.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities and revenue within the Services segments to grow the BD portfolio.
• Collaborate with Corporate Growth and BD teams to design and execute capture campaigns.
• Identify future business opportunities and promote the KIHOMAC portfolio.
• Develop strategy using deep knowledge of customer needs, products, and competition.
• Contact new customers to discuss needs and map to KIHOMAC offerings.
• Support CRM and pipeline development, and manage related platforms.
