B&S Site Development in Winchester, VA, is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead strategic growth across Virginia and the Mid‑Atlantic. You will identify, pursue, and win high‑value opportunities in heavy civil construction, site development, and associated services, coordinating with estimators and operations.

The role requires 10+ years in BD or related fields, a strong network across the region, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in business development, sales, or client management within heavy civil construction.
• Proven track record securing and growing high-value projects (USD 1M to 100M+).
• Strong Mid-Atlantic regional network with contractors, developers, and agencies.
• Familiarity with drilling and blasting operations, site development, or mass grading is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a regional growth strategy across Virginia and the Mid-Atlantic.
• Lead pursuit of RFPs, RFQs, and negotiated opportunities with cross‑functional teams.
• Build strategic relationships with engineers, contractors, and industry partners.
• Own annual revenue targets and drive profitable growth across market sectors.
• Represent the company at industry events to raise brand presence.
