15+ years progressive leadership in drilling, blasting, quarry or heavy civil.
Proven full P&L responsibility and revenue growth track record.
Deep regulatory knowledge and safety leadership.

Responsibilities

Own the overall P&L for Douglas Drilling & Blasting operations across VA and surrounding states.
Lead strategic growth, client relations, and project execution excellence.
Oversee safety, compliance, budgeting, and fleet/equipment utilization.
Develop talent, succession plans, and cross‑functional alignment.
