Motorola Solutions' Silvus Technologies unit seeks a Business Development Engineer for the US Air Force to bridge RF capabilities with customer needs and emerging trends. You will work with Applications Engineering and BD teams to support acquisition stakeholders.

Expect up to 50% travel and a remote work option depending on location. You will demonstrate interoperability of StreamCaster radios, assist in roadmap inputs, and build tailored technical demos for airborne and expeditionary

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related C5ISR field with 2–5 years of experience; or a High School Diploma/GED with 5+ years in technical or defense roles.
• Exposure to SDRs, IP routing, or tactical communication systems.
• Familiarity with RF test equipment (spectrum analyzers, signal generators).
• Security Clearance: Government SECRET or ability to obtain within 15 months.

Responsabilidades

• Support field trials, network configuration, and live‑on‑air execution of tests and evaluations.
• Collaborate with engineering and business development to verify solution architectures.
• Align technical work with strategic priorities and customer requirements.
• Prepare technical demos for airborne, tactical edge, and expeditionary needs.
• Conduct market research on potential integrations with partners.
