Tecan CDMO Solutions in Morgan Hill, CA seeks a results-driven Business Development Director to identify and win new contract product development and electronic manufacturing services for MedTech and IVD OEMs. You will lead strategy, build executive relationships, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in contract development or EMS sales, strong consultative selling, and a proven track record of closing major accounts.

Qualifications

• Proven success in identifying, developing, and winning new customers within a contract development and manufacturing environment.
• Strong executive-level communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities with strong time-management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure profitable new business opportunities with MedTech and IVD OEM customers.
• Build and manage a business development pipeline focused on contract product development and EMS.
• Develop customer strategies, sales plans, and consultative solutions to win new business.
• Lead complex MedTech and IVD sales cycles with executive-level relationships.
• Travel more than 40% to meet customers and participate in industry events.
