Tecan CDMO Solutions MH, Corp. in Morgan Hill, CA is seeking a Senior Director, Supply Chain to lead end-to-end supply chain for our CDMO/EMS operations, overseeing Purchasing, Planning, and Quoting/Estimating.

You will optimize inventory, ensure material availability, and support profitable growth. This role requires 10+ years in supply chain leadership within electronics manufacturing or CDMO/EMS, with ERP/MRP experience (SAP, Oracle, QAD, Plex, Epicor).

Qualificações

• 10+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience in a CDMO/EMS or electronics manufacturing setting.
• Experience leading Purchasing, Planning, and Quoting/Estimating teams.
• Strong experience with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP, Oracle, QAD, Plex, or Epicor.
• Proficiency in English; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Excellent negotiation and data analysis skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end supply chain for CDMO/EMS operations, including Purchasing, Planning, and Quoting/Estimating.
• Oversee supplier relationships, cost reduction, and supply continuity.
• Develop and execute S&OP and planning processes to optimize inventory and on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with Operations, Program Management, Finance, Engineering, Quality, and Commercial teams.
• Improve KPI reporting and data-driven decision making.
• Support new product introductions and customer quotations.
