Job summary

Tecan CDMO, a leading provider of contract product development and electronic manufacturing services, seeks a Business Development Director in Morgan Hill, CA. You will identify, pursue, and close new business with MedTech and IVD OEMs, building strategies and leading consultative sales through complex cycles.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Marketing and cross-functional teams to present tailored solutions and grow the sales pipeline. Travel is 40%+ as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in services-based sales and business development.
• Experience selling contract product development and/or electronic manufacturing services.
• Proven track record closing major new-name accounts.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure profitable new business opportunities with MedTech and IVD OEM customers.
• Develop sales plans and consultative solutions to win new business.
• Lead complex MedTech/IVD sales cycles with executive engagement.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Marketing to tailor customer solutions.
• Represent Tecan CDMO at trade shows and partner events.
