Tecan is seeking a Senior Director, Supply Chain to lead the end-to-end supply chain for our CDMO/EMS operations, overseeing Purchasing, Planning and Quoting/Estimating. You will ensure material availability, optimize inventory, and support customer quotations.

The role blends strategic leadership with deep expertise in electronics manufacturing supply chains, cost management, demand and production planning, and cross-functional execution in a high-mix, regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience in CDMO/EMS/electronics manufacturing.
• Experience leading Purchasing, Planning, and/or Quoting/Estimating teams.
• Strong experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP/Oracle/QAD/Plex/Epicor).
• Proficiency in supply chain cost management, supplier negotiations, and customer quotations.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop Purchasing, Planning, and Quoting/Estimating teams to drive performance.
• Develop supply chain strategies to support growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee procurement activities, including sourcing, supplier relationships, and cost reduction.
• Lead S&OP/SIOP and improve ERP planning accuracy and reporting.
• Align supply chain with business objectives across Operations, Finance, and Commercial teams.
