Job summary

Central Business Solutions, Inc is seeking a Director of Business Development to drive growth in the Intel & Cyber sector, building relationships with IC and federal customers and reporting to the Sector President. This leader will set strategy, identify opportunities, and advance pursuits to expand our market presence.

You will lead a high-performing BD and sales team, coordinate with capture, proposals, operations and technical groups, and ensure disciplined pipeline management to meet revenue

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 15+ years of related experience (or Graduate Degree with 13+ years; in lieu of degree, 19+ years).
• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Preferred: 5+ years in defense / national security markets and winning campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Lead BD and sales for the Intel & Cyber sector with >$1B annual orders target.
• Build and sustain relationships with intelligence community and federal customers.
• Shape opportunities and manage a healthy pipeline.
• Coach and develop a high-performing BD team and partner with cross-functional groups.
