Job summary

DCCA, a veteran-owned IT services provider, seeks a Director of Business Development - Intel to drive growth in the Defense & Intelligence Division. You will lead BD activities for Intelligence opportunities from identification to award, collaborating with the CGO and division leadership.

The role requires a master’s degree in a technical field, 5–10 years of engineering or government sales/marketing experience, and an active TS/SCI with Poly.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 5–10 years of engineering, program management, or government sales/marketing experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with Poly is required.
• Identification, qualification, and capture of new prime opportunities >$50M in US Intelligence.
• Ability to build and maintain customer and industry relationships across US Intelligence domain.
• Development of market strategies and long-range business plans.
• Development, implementation, and execution of effective capture strategies.
• Comprehensive and timely pipeline management.
• Interaction with customers and industry partners to enhance competitive position; build networks.
• Experience with Multiple Award ID/IQ, task order contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead all Intelligence agency BD activities from opportunity identification to award.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new prime opportunities >$50M in US Intelligence.
• Develop market strategies and long-range business plans.
• Plan and execute capture strategies and pipeline management.
• Build and maintain customer and industry relationships across US Intelligence domain.
