Job summary

Advanced Clinical is seeking a Senior Director, Business Development to identify and pursue new and existing business opportunities while strengthening client relationships. You will stay current with industry trends and work with leadership to craft BD strategies for assigned territories and accounts.

The role requires a strategic, data-driven leader with cross-functional collaboration skills to win opportunities and expand the client base across the CRO and clinical trial landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of business development experience within a CRO or clinical trials environment.
• Experience across CRO, FSP and Staffing business development with understanding of sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Introduce and maintain long-term client relationships resulting in expansion of client base.
• Implement initiatives to raise awareness of Advanced Clinical capabilities and services.
• Identify target market needs through leads and follow-ups to drive bookings and growth.
• Collaborate with proposals, legal, finance and leadership to support team selling.
• Enter sales information in ERecruit and other systems and schedule meetings at events.
