Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials in the United States is seeking a Director of Business Development to lead high-impact client relationships in the clinical research sector. You will drive growth with strategic, solution-focused approaches and collaborate across teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.

You will design and defend proposals, identify opportunities, and work with clinical and operations teams to grow revenue across Phase II–IV programs.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in business or life sciences; MS or MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of sales experience in the CRO industries.
• Extensive knowledge of sales methods and practices.

Responsibilities

• Achieve revenue and sales objectives with late-stage services to assigned clients.
• Leverage network of biotech and pharma contacts.
• Identify new Phase II–IV leads for Worldwide business.
• Develop territory and key account strategies for growth and retention.
• Assist in proposal development, including client communication and budget reviews.
