Job summary

Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP is seeking a Senior Coordinator, Business Development to support the Corporate, M&A and Securities practices across the US. The role focuses on creating marketing materials, client development, and thought leadership to drive revenue opportunities.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree with at least five years of relevant experience, or nine years without a degree. Hybrid/remote flexibility in Texas with occasional in-office presence is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with a minimum of five years of professional experience.
• In lieu of a bachelor's degree, a minimum of nine years of professional experience.
• Minimum of two years of law firm, professional services, or marketing business development experience preferred.
• Demonstrates understanding of marketing and business development concepts for practice teams.
• Strong relationship-building and proactive communication with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production of client-targeted marketing materials to raise awareness of practice strengths and branding.
• Assist with identification and development of opportunities with target clients for assigned practices.
• Monitor actions in plans and lead follow-up efforts.
• Plan and report on industry conferences, client presentations and seminars for the Corporate, M&A and Securities teams.
• Draft and coordinate submissions in directories and surveys; prep for interviews with lead lawyers.
