Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP is seeking a Senior Coordinator, Business Development to support go-to-market initiatives that generate new client relationships, enhance brand profile, and drive revenue opportunities for corporate, M&A and securities teams across the US. The role is hybrid and will be based in New York City, with possible travel to other offices as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with minimum 4 years of professional experience.
• In lieu of Bachelor's degree, minimum of 8 years of professional experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of law firm, professional services, or marketing business development experience preferred.
• Understanding of marketing and business development concepts for corporate, M&A and securities teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production of client-targeted marketing materials to raise awareness of corporate, M&A and securities strengths.
• Identify and develop opportunities with target clients for assigned practice areas.
• Monitor strategic actions and lead follow-up efforts.
• Plan and report on industry conference sponsorships, client presentations and seminars.
• Draft and coordinate submissions for directories and surveys; prep for interviews.
• Coordinate with partners on thought leadership and client alerts with PR team involvement.
• Manage production of newsletters, blogs, client alerts and other external communications.
• Maintain marketing collateral and related experience lists for go-to-market initiatives.
• Distribute internal communications for promoting monthly engagement activities.
