Dexian is seeking a results-driven recruiter to support our Fortune 500 financial services client. You will manage the full lifecycle recruiting, partner with hiring managers, and craft compelling position descriptions to attract diverse talent.

In this role, you’ll source candidates through search engines, career sites, and events, guide clients on market trends, and negotiate offers, ensuring a superior candidate experience and strong hiring outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• At least 2 years of experience in full life cycle recruiting.
• At least 1 year consulting with multiple hiring managers while maintaining relationships with those managers and their teams.

• Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process.
• Source candidates using search engines, career sites, recruiting events, and other sourcing techniques to find top talent.
• Provide a great end-to-end recruiting experience for candidates and hiring managers.
• Advise clients and leadership on market trends and recruit more effectively.
• Develop candidate pipeline strategies (talent marketing, LinkedIn sourcing, referrals).
• Consult with hiring managers on their talent needs.
