Dexian is seeking a Contractor Recruiter to support the Firmwide Operations team in Tempe, AZ. You will manage end-to-end talent acquisition, guide hiring managers, source candidates, and ensure an excellent candidate experience while maintaining data integrity in the ATS.

You will proactively pipeline for future needs, educate stakeholders on compensation philosophy, and contribute to diversity initiatives in a fast-paced corporate setting.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of full lifecycle talent acquisition experience in a fast-paced corporate setting or staffing agency.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment with multiple deadlines and priorities.
• High attention to detail with a controls mindset and understanding of employment laws and regulations.
• Strong multitasking, project management, and presentation skills with a business-focused approach.
• Previous experience handling sensitive or confidential information.
• Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and re-prioritize as needed.

• Educate candidates on career growth, benefits, and compensation philosophy.
• Conduct compensation expectation discussions to facilitate offer closures.
• Support diversity initiatives by educating hiring managers to ensure a diverse candidate slate.
• Utilize applicant tracking system functionality, ensuring data accuracy and controls.
