Job summary

Dexian is seeking a Full Life Cycle Recruiter to join a growing team within a Fortune 100 FinTech corporation in the McLean, VA area. You will manage candidates through the recruiting and selection process, offer guidance to Talent Acquisition teams, and contribute to projects that enhance the recruiting experience.

You will support hiring for Product Managers, Process Managers, Project Managers, Business Analysts, Risk positions, and other unique network infostructure roles.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in full life cycle recruiting required.
• 3+ years of experience in Recruiting – full life cycle, research, and sourcing preferred.
• 2+ years of experience consulting with multiple hiring managers at once while developing and enhancing excellent working relationships with those managers and their teams.
• 2+ years of experience of using Workday in a recruiting function preferred.
• Ability to influence and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to use innovative techniques to attract and recruit diverse talent.
• Experience in compensation and general HR requirements as related to hiring.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process and hiring deliverables. This will include creating compelling position descriptions, sourcing diverse candidate pipelines, marketing the talent brand to attract top talent, screening candidates, advising business partners on the recruiting process, and negotiating job offers
• Partner with hiring managers and business , group or organization leads, and key stakeholders to understand unique talent needs
• Candidate management - develop and execute sourcing plans to identify and recruit top talent, owning the candidate development process from identification and engagement to offer extension and closing
• Work cross-functionally across a team of high performing recruiters and promote a culture of inspiration, empowerment and inclusion
• Leverage recruiting data to proactively provide status updates and hiring results to leadership and HR partners
• Source stellar candidates. Look beyond direct applications and leverage search engines, career sites, recruiting events, and other innovative sourcing techniques to find the best talent in the market
