Anthropic is seeking a Strategic Pursuits Lead to orchestrate our largest enterprise engagements from end to end. You will own C-suite relationships, coordinate with the account team and field leadership, and architect bespoke AI solutions for Fortune 100 companies.

You will design sophisticated account strategies, navigate multi-stakeholder decision processes, and drive cross-functional pursuit resources to win high-stakes opportunities.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in enterprise technology or related fields.
• 7+ years leading strategic deals or major account pursuits.
• Proven track record closing $50M-$100M+ enterprise tech deals with Fortune 100s.
• Deep expertise in complex B2B sales cycles with C-suite engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end orchestration of strategic enterprise pursuits, often $XXM+ LV.
• Own C-suite relationships in partnership with account teams.
• Design and execute account strategies positioning AI solutions as critical infrastructure.
• Navigate multi-stakeholder decision processes across technical, business, legal, security, and procurement.
• Coordinate cross-functional pursuit resources including sales, partnerships, and executives.
• Develop commercial structures and deployment models for complex engagements.
