Anthropic is seeking a Strategic Account Executive (Insurance) to lead enterprise deals with top insurance carriers and reinsurers. You will drive adoption of frontier AI by building strategic, high-impact solutions that embed AI into underwriting, claims, actuarial, and policy administration workflows.

You will engage senior stakeholders, design compelling value narratives, and manage complex procurement, security, regulatory, and legal reviews through deployment and expansion.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of enterprise insurance sales experience.
• Proven track record with enterprise deals and quotas.
• Experience with C-suite relationships in insurance.
• Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles.

Aufgaben

• Own a book of strategic, high-value accounts across property & casualty, life & health, and reinsurance organizations; carry and exceed revenue targets.
• Engage with CIOs, CTOs, Chief Actuaries and Heads of Data/AI; build business cases and navigate procurement, security, and legal review through deployment.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities; build account plans to turn relationships into revenue.
• Maintain a disciplined pipeline and forecast cadence with clear next steps for long-cycle deals.
• Collaborate with Applied AI, Solutions Architecture, and Product to translate insurance needs into products and roadmap input.
• Codify win stories and reference cases with Marketing to scale across the broader motion.
• Coordinate cross-functional and partner motions with Customer Success, Legal, Partnerships, and cloud partners to deliver a seamless experience.
