Job summary

SkanAI is seeking a seasoned leader to own the most strategic accounts from discovery through adoption, guiding complex AI-driven transformations across BFSI and healthcare. You will shape architecture, frame deliverables, and coach senior team members while driving value for Fortune 500-scale customers.

The role combines hands-on leadership with strategic account stewardship, including design of scalable AI assets and industry-specific playbooks.

Qualifications

• 8+ years with end-to-end delivery leadership on strategic accounts (top consulting/SI background preferred).
• Principal-level technical depth and architecture judgment to set standards and playbooks.
• Industry depth in BFSI, healthcare or similar; ability to build reusable assets.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end book of accounts – discovery to realized value across industries such as BFSI and healthcare.
• Frame the solution-quality bar across the team and perform gate-review of solutions before shipping.
• Create industry-specific playbooks and reusable AI assets to scale the team.
