Job summary

Metronet is hiring an Account Executive in Saint Joseph, MO, to join our Business Sales team. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and onboarding, delivering tailored connectivity solutions and building lasting client relationships.

Leverage Salesforce, communicate effectively, and meet targets in a fast-paced environment. This hybrid role requires strong negotiation skills and travel as needed in Missouri.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in telecommunications or technology.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities within your territory.
• Conduct discovery conversations to uncover customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Own the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract execution and onboarding.
• Leverage data from Salesforce and other tools to inform your sales approach and drive smarter decisions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and deal progression in Salesforce.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and become a trusted advisor.
