Job summary

Western Exterminator, part of the Rentokil family, is seeking an Account Executive to grow commercial pest management sales in Thousand Palms, CA. You will prospect, present solutions, and close new business while maintaining strong customer relationships.

The role requires a professional with B2B sales experience, excellent communication, and a hunter mentality. Travel is required within the assigned territory, and benefits begin on day one for FT colleagues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of B2B sales experience preferred.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, referrals, and cross-selling.
• Visually inspect client sites and present pest management solutions to commercial customers.
• Develop territory strategies to exceed sales targets and grow revenue.
• Learn Rentokil programs, pricing, and service offerings to effectively upsell.
