Job summary

Western Exterminator is seeking an Account Executive to sell pest management services to commercial clients across hospitality, food & beverage, healthcare, and retail sectors. The role involves cold outreach, prospecting, and presenting solutions to meet client needs.

The position requires a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, strong communication and customer service skills, and 2+ years in B2B sales preferred. Travel up to 100% within the territory may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; valid driver’s license.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Preferred two years of B2B sales experience; prospecting skills (cold calling, lead generation, networking).

Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross-selling.
• Build partnerships and collaborate with internal departments to maximize growth opportunities and ensure delivery of service solutions.
• Craft territory development strategies to exceed sales targets.
• Complete daily activities and sales performance using the company CRM.
